Nick Melillo of Foundation Cigars followed up his highly-touted El Güegüense series with an equally gratifying variation, The Wiseman. The English translation of El Güegüense (pronounced “Gwe-gwe-nse”), The Wiseman is a Maduro-wrapped smoke that delivers a richly complex, balanced and intensely flavorful 93-rated experience.

While the El Güegüense is a Nicaraguan Puro, the Wiseman is dressed in a Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper leaf which surrounds a Nicaraguan Jalapa Corojo 99 binder and balanced blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos from Condega, Esteli, and Jalapa. The result is a medium-to-full bodied smoke touched with hints of pepper, earth, cocoa, nuts and espresso.
