After a hiatus of over three-quarters of a century, Samuel Paley’s La Palina cigars reappeared on the scene in 2010 thanks to the diligence of Samuel’s grandson Bill Paley in reacquiring the La Palina name.  These new La Palina cigars bring together the nostalgia of a bygone age with flavor profiles geared towards modern tastes, which has helped develop an intensely loyal fanbase. And perhaps one of the more gratifying examples of these fine cigars is the La Palina Bronze Label series.

The La Palina Bronze Label began as an exclusive for the Tobacconists Association of America (TAA), which has become somewhat of a testing ground for the brand. Now available for wide release, La Palina Bronze Label cigars feature Honduran and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos topped by Honduran binder and wrapper leaves.  A medium-plus smoke oozing with coffee, wood, earth, pepper, cocoa and spice flavors. The Bronze Label is a collaboration with Rocky Patel, with the cigars crafted under the supervision of the Plasencia family’s team at their Honduran-based El Paraiso factory.
