And due in no small part to its easy-going nature, the Macanudo Café series has consistently reigned as one of the top selling premium cigars in the United States since its arrival in 1968 and continues to garner fans each and every year. 

Each Macanudo Café has Dominican Piloto Cubano and Mexican filler tobaccos at its heart, which are blanketed by a Mexican binder and golden Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf, delivering cedar, cream, toast, spice and herbal nuances. Not just a classic mild smoke, but THE classic mild smoke. The Hyde Park Café and the tubed Portofino Café are as legendary as they come. Originally crafted in Jamaica, yet after 1988’s devastating Hurricane Gilbert, production was moved to the Dominican Republic.
